- 15 February: Australian Photography Magazine – January competition Winner People’s Choice for “Reflections
- 1 February: Canberra CityNews website – “Capturing the storms” ~ featuring one of my lightning photos with credit
- 31 January: Interviewed on 2CC Talking Canberra radio during the Sunday Roast with Marcus Paul about the impressive lightning storm the night before
- The Canberra Page Facebook page reposted my image of Lightning turning night to day over the National Arboretum with huge engagement of 3,500 likes as of this writing
- 26 January: Was advised on social media one of my lightning storm pictures from the night before had been used on the morning’s ABC news TV in Canberra (didn’t see it myself)
- Visit Canberra Facebook page ~ featured my time-lapse of sunset over Parliament House and the National Library of Australia
- 22 January: Visit Canberra Facebook page – “Fans take over Facebook – 22 January 2016” ~ my wide panorama picture of a dramatic sunset above the National High Court, Australia Parliament House and the National Library of Australia is featured
- 21 January: Telstra Exchange Blog – “Top of the Mountain” ~ two of my photos of Telstra Tower, one shrouded in fog and one struck by lightning embedded from my Instagram page
- 18 January: Canberra Times website – “Canberra Tourism’s most liked Instagram posts of 2015” ~ My photo of Telstra Tower shrouded in mist at night was the 5th most liked photo on the Visit Canberra Instagram page for 2015
2015
- 26 December: Glenn Martin Photography Facebook Page – “Lightning strikes Telstra Tower” ~ As of writing, the photo I took on Boxing Day 2015 of Telstra Tower being struck by lightning was viewed by almost 250,000 people on Facebook, received 287 comments, 1,214 shares and 3,581 likes
- 15 December: ABC News website – “Stargazers capture ‘magical’ peak of Geminids meteor shower worldwide” ~ featuring a photo of a Geminid meteor I had taken very early that morning
- I also spoke on the Canberra ABC 666 radio breakfast with Phillip Clark about photographing the night sky
- I didn’t get the sleep-in that I had planned after getting home at 3:30am
- 2 November: ABC News website – “Canberra receives 20mm dumping of rain as spectacular storm lights up night sky” ~ featuring two of my lightning photos from the night before
- That morning I spoke on Canberra ABC 666 radio breakfast with Phillip Clark about photographing lightning
